How to fix loader stuck on Initializing

Initializing Loader Fix

If your loader is stuck on "Initializing (1/3)" or just "Initializing" try restarting the loader a few times, make sure you're running it as an administrator. Also, ensure your firewall is disabled. You can try restarting your PC too.
